The mark of the beast (MOTB)
The information provided here shows that the Cv Vx has all the hallmarks to be the mark of the beast
You should never take another mans word on such serious matters that determine your eternal salvation (no matter how worthy that man may seem). Christians are to be in close relationship with the Lord, we are to examine ourselves as to whether we be in the Faith, and we must ask God to give us discernment and God will show us answers through His Word by the power of the Holy Spirit.
We strongly recommend that you pray and seek the Lord, and study out the Word of God for yourself.
We are not saying that the CV VX is definitely the Mark of the Beast (as no personal revelation has been given from the Lord God).
We are saying that we must use wisdom that God has given us to discern the times we are in, always looking at the signs and warnings he has provided.
The scriptures in the bible which relate to the Mark of the Beast, when studied Sola scriptura (by scripture alone) bears out the reality, that there is nothing to indicate in the Word of God that the current CV VX can't be the 'Mark of the Beast'. That should make any Christian to take heed of God's warnings in His Word.
In other words, to put it plainly, and straight to the point; if it looks like a skunk, smells like a skunk, then it most likely is a skunk! You cannot make a determination on this if you don't even know what a skunk is!! Just like God said 'His people perish for lack of knowledge' , so you cannot remain lazy, or ignorant in these times, you must get back the fire of the Holy Spirit shut up in your bones and study to show yourself approved. When you are informed God can lead and guide you into all Truth.
Something which looks so much like the 'Mark of the Beast' which God warns us about, we should totally reject. Wait on the Lord, and if it turns out later that God reveals that it is not, then no harm has been done. But if it turns out that it is the 'Mark' and we rushed in like fools, ignorant and full of unbelief, then it is too late to undo, it is permanent and irreversible, and that is the last thing any Christian wants to hear. That they have been deceived, beguiled by the serpent, tricked into taking something they thought was going to help them only to find out it is the MOTB. Don't be like Adam and Eve in the Garden Gen. 3:13.
The Lord God asked the woman, “Why did you do this?” she replied, “The snake tricked me into eating it.” [Genesis 3:13]

Gods Hedge
The book of Amos mentions the day of the Lord and a serpent bite to the hand in consecutive verses. The lion and bear mentioned in the same passage also bring to mind the beast in Revelation 13:2. This may foreshadow the Mark of the Beast in the last days.
Amos 5: 18-19
Woe unto you that desire the day of the LORD! to what end is it for you? the day of the LORD is darkness, and not light.
As if a man did flee from a lion, and a bear met him; or went into the house, and leaned his hand on the wall, and a serpent bit him.
There's an important warning in verse 18 about desiring the last days. Even though we may recogise the signs of the times, we should in no way desire or try to hasten them because they are full of pain and suffering. Consider the following:
Ecclesiastes 10:8
He that diggeth a pit shall fall into it; and whoso breaketh an hedge, a serpent shall bite him.
A hedge symbolizes protection, so let God take care of you! It may prove to be a blessing to give your life, rather than accept the bite of the serpent, the charagma, the Mark of the Beast.
John 5:39
